Thermostatic Gas Griddles

APW Wyott Gas Griddles feature a 3/4” griddle plate and a mechanical modulating valve/thermostat for maximum cooking control. 4 qt. grease trough accepts full-sized spatulas. Welded stainless and aluminized steel, construction and 4” adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded to base. Field convertible gas regulators. CE models include safety pilot.

Manual Gas Griddles

APW Wyott Manual Gas Griddles feature a 3/4” flat polished steel griddle plate, full 4 qt. grease trough and shut-off valve, welded stainless and aluminized steel construction and 4” adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded. Field convertible gas regulators. CE models include safety pilot.
