Champion Series Cheesemelters
Cheesemelters provide the ultimate finishing capabilities. These countertop models include fan-cooled control compartments and quartz elements. Cheesemelters have a four shelf height “microswitch” that is activated by placing a plate on the shelf. All units are single phase. 48 inch versions cannot ship UPS. If shipping via air freight, dimensional weights apply. FOB Cheyenne (82007), freight class 85. (Also suitable for operation on 230V/50HZ).
