The Ease* Extreme Holding Drawers feature “easy access” control panels that are positioned at the top of the unit and a “flip down” drawer front that allows easy access to remove the interior pan. Ease* Extreme Drawers are designed with a tough Stainless Steel Construction and Heavy-Duty Drawer Slide, making it one of the most durable in the industry. Drawer slides now feature the “Easy Roller” design that eliminates the problem of drawers jamming as you close them. The Ease* Extreme Holding Drawers have perimeter heating elements, thermostatic controls, and moisture control vents. Ease* Extreme are supplied with an easy to read digital control system that keeps the tightest control over interior temperatures. Cord and plug and 6 3/4” deep pan included.
