Double the cooking capacity in a compact space. Oven compartment has two calcium silicate reinforced fiber decks 16 3/8” x 16 7/8” which are removable for easy cleaning. Unit is insulated on all sides with stainless steel top, sides and door liner. Oven’s thermostat range is 300 °F - 550 °F and includes a 15 minute timer. Thermostatically controlled.
